Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. Key tasks include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and developing personalized care plans.

• Facilitating regular communication with care teams, family members, and guardians to share progress updates and enhance collaborative care efforts.

• Scheduling and managing appointments, ensuring timely delivery of care through effective time management.

• Coordinating home visits and telehealth sessions to assess client needs in a natural environment.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential records, making necessary information accessible for authorized stakeholders.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and the broader mental health community to facilitate resource sharing and support development initiatives.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
