Req ID: JR98180 Workforce Development Specialist, TPG Responsibilities Conduct job task analyses (JTAs) to identify role tasks and required knowledge and skills. Design, implement, and maintain OJT curricula, learning items, and task‑based certification checklists to measure proficiency. Standardize business processes and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality expectations. Assess training and process efficiency, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to gather training needs, manage training requests, and maintain training materials. Analyze and report data, including extraction, categorization, visualization, and recurring updates for collaborators. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least three (3) years of related work experience. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Experience working in collaborative, team‑based environments. Preferred Qualifications Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve efficiency and quality. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience developing or supporting OJT or task‑based certification programs.
