Role Description The Project Manager role at VERVE is a full-time, remote position responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects that support our insurance and analytics operations. This role will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders remain aligned. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed. Day-to-day tasks include organizing project documentation, facilitating meetings, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across expediting, inspection, and logistics processes. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to report on project status, performance metrics, and opportunities for operational enhancement.\n

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to accelerate workflows, remove bottlenecks, and support timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to ensure quality standards, compliance, and accurate evaluation of project deliverables.

• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee resource allocation, process flows, and efficient handling of operational tasks.

• Relevant skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail are beneficial.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment are preferred.

• Experience in insurance, analytics, or technology-driven organizations is advantageous.

• A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
