Sales Coordinator

Hyatt Place / Hyatt House Natomas is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support daily sales, group events, and administrative operations. In this role, you will manage event billing and provide hands-on client support during on-site functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains systematic record-keeping, and serves as a primary link between event hosts, sales leadership, and hotel operational departments. Key Responsibilities Track, audit, and process all event invoices, room block deposits, and client billing records accurately. Greet event hosts and corporate clients upon arrival, serving as their primary on-site operational point of contact throughout their function. Prepare detailed banquet event orders and communicate specific event requirements directly to front desk, catering, and housekeeping teams. Assist sales leadership with lead logging, contract distribution, and client administrative follow-ups. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of administrative, hospitality, or customer service experience required. Strong proficiency with digital productivity platforms and basic database or invoicing software. Excellent organizational capabilities with proven skill in handling simultaneous administrative tasks under tight deadlines. Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused, professional demeanor.
