Director of Business Development

Overview Empowered Staffing is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing business development leader to help expand our footprint nationwide. This is not an entry-level sales role. We are looking for someone who already has established relationships within industries we serve—senior living, healthcare, behavioral health, private equity, professional services, and related sectors—and knows how to turn those relationships into long-term client partnerships. The ideal person has experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, HR services, PEO, or adjacent industries where they’ve built trust with decision-makers and understand hiring pain points at the mid-to-executive level.
