Key Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Conduct professional and engaging vehicle presentations and test drives
• Clearly explain vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and available options
• Assist customers throughout the sales process, including financing and required paperwork
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships, repeat business, and referrals
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, products, promotions, and dealership programs
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through the completion of the sale
