Envision yourself at Barracuda The HR Operations Generalist is an execution-focused individual contributor delivering day-to-day HR operations support within the Global HR Service Center (AskHR) — covering onboarding, ticket resolution, knowledge maintenance, and audit support. This hands-on, delivery-oriented role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service standards. What you'll be working on Resolve HR tickets across the employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, job changes, leaves, terminations) and execute Workday data transactions accurately, in line with documented processes and SLAs. Partner with HR Operations and HRIS to troubleshoot issues and maintain high-quality, compliant employee support. Maintain and update HR knowledge articles and process documentation for accuracy, clarity, and policy alignment, flagging outdated or unclear content for review. Track tasks, timelines, and dependencies for HR Operations projects and execute assigned work on time per defined plans. Coordinate with HR Operations, HRIS, and cross-functional partners to gather inputs, complete deliverables, and maintain status documentation. Provide logistical and administrative support for weekly US new hire orientation, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring complete, accurate new hire data in Workday. Support internal and external HR audits by gathering documentation and evidence, maintaining audit-ready records, and following established controls; identify and elevate recurring issues or process gaps and help execute process improvement initiatives. What you bring to the role 2+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related HR role, including hands-on ticket/inquiry support. Experience supporting HR audits, compliance, or documentation efforts. Working knowledge of Workday. Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to execute defined processes independently and consistently. Customer-focused mindset committed to reliable service delivery.
