Lotspeich Automotive is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a BDC Representative . We are a family-owned General Motors dealership committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling service appointments for customers
- Following up with customers before and after service visits
- Handling cashiering and customer payments
- Tracking and communicating special order parts status
- Customer retention and satisfaction follow-up calls
- Assisting service advisors and management with customer communication
- Maintaining accurate customer records and appointment information
- Helping create a friendly and professional customer experience
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is helpful but not necessary
