Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the emotional and psychological needs of clients, tailored to their unique situations.

• Implement individualized therapy strategies, delivering high-quality counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to address various mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or telehealth setting.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and principles, along with the ability to apply them effectively in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance. You will also receive assistance with client referrals and support with billing and documentation to reduce your administrative workload, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care.
