Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including post-operative orthopedic patients and those managing chronic pain.
• Provide educational resources and consultations to patients and caregivers regarding recovery processes and ongoing care.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes accurately using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Engage in regular communication with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, sharing insights regarding patient progress and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
