Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is actively seeking a motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time role focuses on enhancing patients' mobility and overall quality of life through tailored physical therapy interventions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will partner with patients throughout their recovery journey, emphasizing both rehabilitation and preventative care.

We are a physical therapist-owned practice specializing in orthopedic outpatient care, primarily catering to individuals with private medical insurance. Work Environment

This position is an onsite role that provides direct care to patients in a comfortable and well-equipped facility. Your work environment will be collaborative, working closely with two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA) to ensure each patient receives personalized treatment. Here, we maintain a balance of professionalism and warmth, ensuring our patients feel welcomed and supported as they navigate their healing process. The typical work week runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a stable schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine individual goals and treatment needs.
• Manage a structured caseload, typically caring for one patient per hour to ensure focused attention on their unique requirements.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans that integrate various therapeutic modalities aimed at improving patient mobility and alleviating discomfort.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to address specific musculoskeletal issues and enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
• Develop individualized exercise protocols aimed at restoring functional abilities and reducing reliance on surgical interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring treatment effectiveness and modifying care plans as needed.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle among patients through tailored fitness and wellness programs that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Maintain clear and open lines of communication with patients and other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will develop therapeutic relationships, motivating patients to adhere to their treatment plans and empowering them to set and achieve their health goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• Maintain a clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong background in developing personalized exercise protocols.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to streamline patient management and documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education level.
