Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess movement dysfunctions and design targeted treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Implement and modify therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient treatment sessions and ensure billing processes adhere to clinic guidelines.
• Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated care strategies that enhance patient recovery.
• Meet and strive to exceed clinical productivity benchmarks while staying informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy.
• Participate in regular team meetings, in-service training sessions, and program development initiatives aimed at improving service delivery.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe clinical environment, including monitoring and maintaining therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Senior Physical Therapist at Move Easy Rehab Group, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in orthopedics, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
