Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injury, disease, or surgery within an outpatient setting, focusing on personalized care strategies.
• Establish individualized treatment plans that employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including exercise, hands-on therapy, and advanced equipment.
• Track patient progress diligently through documentation and regular reevaluation, adjusting treatment goals and strategies as needed for optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and the effective use of therapeutic tools to enhance self-care and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health teams to optimize patient outcomes and participate in case discussions regarding patient progress and modifications in treatment.
• Stay current on best practices in physical therapy by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging in professional organizations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida.

• Affinity for teamwork and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and ability to generate detailed reports on patient progress.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and work environments.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, preferably in an outpatient or home care setting.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and treatment modalities is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
