Senior Account Manager

Our client, an established specialist healthcare market access agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client work across healthcare brands. You’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day: guiding projects from brief through delivery, building trusted client relationships, and helping account teams produce thoughtful, effective work.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple client projects and workstreams from brief development through final delivery.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, including senior stakeholders, and keep work aligned to their objectives.
• Partner with creative, strategy, media, medical and project management teams to deliver high-quality marketing communications.
• Manage account budgets, scopes, timelines and resources in partnership with finance and project management.
• Keep clients informed on project status, spend and recommendations.
• Develop a strong understanding of your clients’ brands, categories and healthcare markets.
• Guide and mentor junior account team members, helping them grow and deliver their best work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an agency environment; healthcare or pharma experience is preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Clear, confident communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with budgets, timelines and project delivery.
• A collaborative leadership style and an interest in developing junior colleagues.
• Market access experience is helpful, but not essential.
