Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with individuals and couples, identifying areas that require intervention and developing personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Facilitate joint sessions and individual counseling, ensuring that each client’s needs are addressed holistically.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to relationship conflicts, stressors, or major life changes.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in our electronic health records system.
\n
• Maintain confidentiality while collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary to support integrated care efforts.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and peer review meetings to continuously enhance your clinical skills and methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice is dedicated to providing therapeutic support to a diverse patient population, including adults, couples, and adolescents facing a broad spectrum of issues such as:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
