HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

SCOPE:

This internship is designed to expose students or new graduates to the Human Resources function within a nationally operating residential real estate company through hands-on experience and training. Assignments will be given across various HR disciplines including sourcing, recruiting, posting, and HRIS Talent Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Under supervision, independently performing daily transactional tasks.
• Assisting with acquiring top talent.
• Research HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Completion of special projects.
• HR Training and Development
• General administrative office work, including but not limited to responding to answering the phone, making photocopies, and other tasks assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a student in good standing at an accredited college or university, currently enrolled in an undergraduate major such as Human Resources, organizational Psychology, or Business Administration
• College GPA of at least 3.0 at the time of application
• Intermediate level proficiency or higher with current Microsoft Office software (including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint),
• Ability to use the internet to research, use AI, Canva, Intranet and formulas.
• Adaptable and able to learn new programs and software quickly

Frequently required to sit ; Occasionally required to talk or hear ; While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.


COMPENSATION: $17.00/Hour
