Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in identifying and working through their mental health challenges.

• Perform intake assessments and comprehensive evaluations to ensure personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' specific needs.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans that focus on both immediate and long-term goals for client wellness.

• Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment records to track client improvement and modify plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and management protocols to effectively handle emergencies or acute client needs, ensuring safety and support during critical times.

• Collect and analyze client data related to their progress, adapting therapy approaches based on evidence and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of patients, including adults and adolescents grappling with various mental health issues. Many of our clients seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance dependence. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• An active Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
