Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered around a diverse hospice patient population, including individuals with chronic illness diagnoses and their families. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York state.
