Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both remotely and in the community, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing evidence-based practices followed by integrated care planning to promote client welfare.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery outcomes and facilitate the exchange of information among clients, family members, and service providers.
\n
• Monitor and maintain client records accurately, ensuring timely completion of reports and adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in crisis intervention and management, responding to immediate client needs while ensuring a supportive environment.
\n
• Participate in relevant committee work aimed at improving agency services and workshop delivery.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, offering individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate, while tailoring treatment approaches based on client needs.

• Carry out on-call duties to provide support during emergencies as assigned, ensuring continuous care for clients.

You will be working primarily with individuals from underserved populations who often face barriers to accessing mental health services. Your role will include working with a diverse range of clients, acknowledging and respecting their unique backgrounds, traditions, and beliefs to provide tailored interventions that foster empowerment and choice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health issues.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to diverse populations.

• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 , commensurate with experience.
