Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and more.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately to uphold ethical standards and maintain compliance with state regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on best practices in mental health treatment.

• Facilitate teletherapy for clients facing geographical or physical barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with encompass a wide range of demographic backgrounds, and they present with various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role as an LMFT will involve developing trusting relationships with clients, allowing you to effectively support their journeys toward healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Empathy and a nonjudgmental approach to diverse client experiences and challenges.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
