We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to learn to build a commercial pipeline within Keller Williams Whittier while earning rewarding commissions and developing long term expertise in commercial real estate. This is a strong fit for an agent who wants to stay consistent with outreach, strengthen business relationships, and build momentum through daily activity and structured systems.

You will learn how to connect with property owners, investors, and business operators while building relationships connected to retail leasing, investment sales, and development opportunities. Working alongside experienced commercial real estate agents, you will gain exposure to how commercial conversations differ, how value is positioned, and how opportunities are managed as relationships develop over time.

The focus is on staying consistent, improving communication, and learning through real activity and market exposure. You will begin to understand how commercial opportunities are analyzed, how negotiations progress, and how transactions move from the initial conversation through closing while building stronger organization and follow up habits along the way.

• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
• Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process

• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
• Independent and self motivated
• Proven negotiating and communication skills
• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising

• Real estate license required in order to work with clients
