Support students and school communities by providing vital social work services in an educational setting. Two full-time contract opportunities are available, each offering the chance to impact student well-being and success—one in an emotional support and partial hospitalization program, the other as a long-term substitute in a school district environment. These on-site positions are ideal for professionals ready to contribute their expertise to dynamic and compassionate teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field required.
• Valid Pennsylvania State Social Work License.
• PDE Educational Specialist certification preferred. (Applicants without this may still be considered; an emergency certificate can be requested.)
• Previous experience in school social work or related settings is strongly desired.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students within emotional support and partial hospitalization programs or in a school district setting.
• Conduct individual and group counseling to address emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to promote academic and behavioral success.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design support plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with state and district policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate.
