This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving in the field, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced casino environment. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, installations, and repairs on kiosks, ATMs, slot machines, and related systems while ensuring a high level of equipment uptime and customer satisfaction./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair gaming machines, kiosks, ATMs, and related systems/liliProvide technical support for operational and maintenance issues across gaming and fintech equipment/liliPerform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime/liliServe as the primary on-site contact for technical service issues and customer support/liliAssist with installations, site surveys, and system upgrades/liliDiagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues using established procedures/liliMaintain accurate inventory of parts and complete service documentation in a timely manner/liliTravel between casino properties to support service needs and maintain strong customer relationships/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred/lili1+ years of technician or field service experience preferred, ideally supporting gaming, ATM, kiosk, or related equipment/liliBasic understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems/liliStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills/liliCustomer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills/liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently/liliValid drivers license and reliable transportation/liliAbility to obtain a gaming license/liliComfortable with frequent travel between casino properties/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work with tools and technical equipment/liliComfortable working in casino and gaming environments/li/ulh3Keys to Success/h3ulliDelivering timely and effective technical support with minimal downtime/liliBuilding strong relationships with casino staff and customers through excellent service/liliStaying organized and responsive while managing multiple priorities in the field/liliDemonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments/liliMaintaining a proactive approach to preventative maintenance and equipment performance/li/ulpAt IGT, we believe compensation should be as individual as you are, reflecting your skills, experience, background, and location. For this role, the starting compensation range is $46,530k - $63,975k, with flexibility to adjust higher or lower based on the full scope of qualifications.
