Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique situation, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and maintain a regular review process to track their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.

• Utilize secure and HIPAA-compliant teletherapy platforms to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person meetings.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all documentation.

• Participate in continued professional education through workshops, conferences, and training programs to stay abreast of the latest research and interventions in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
