Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team committed to delivering outstanding patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct a diverse range of ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and vascular imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, clearly explaining each step of the procedure with empathy and clarity
• Work closely with radiologists and physicians to provide superior diagnostic imaging
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, promptly addressing any issues that arise
• Record procedures accurately and ensure patient data is meticulously maintained in the electronic medical records
• Keep abreast of advancements in ultrasound techniques and adhere to best practice standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a closely related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
