Position Overview

We invite you to join our dedicated team as a Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure patient care remains a priority by maintaining comfort and safety throughout the imaging process and clearly explaining procedures
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to produce accurate and high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment, reporting issues as they arise
• Document detailed reports of procedures and manage patient records using the electronic medical system
• Engage in ongoing education and stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology

Education and Certification Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
