General Statement of Duties

This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week. Work Schedule is assigned by the supervisor and/or Department Director

Essential Duties

• Answers phone
• Greets visitors.
• Runs reports from PowerSchool.
• Types letters and reports
• Proofreads figures, forms, letters, and/or reports for accuracy.
• Attends work daily.
• Is engaged and on task; and
• Performs other duties assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to think analytically
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position preferred
• Experience with MS Office and data programs
• Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.

Additional Information

This position is open until filled. This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week . Work Schedule is assigned by the supervisor and/or Department Director. $15.76 PER HOUR ATTENTION: The temporary hiring process is handled by the principal .
