Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, including assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address clients' mental health challenges.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest research in mood disorders to incorporate new insights into therapy practices.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals and families coping with relationship issues, divorce, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of California.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
