Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, enabling you to provide essential therapy services through our Telehealth platform. Work from the comfort of your home while engaging regularly with clients and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team. We maintain a flexible work schedule—Monday through Friday—eliminating evening and weekend shifts to foster a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Your guidance will help build a sense of community and support among peers.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling that allows clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. You will help develop actionable coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, addressing their specific needs while promoting their strengths and ambitions.

• Progress Monitoring: Track and evaluate client progress using assessment tools and feedback, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other mental health professionals in a multidisciplinary setting. Regularly communicate and coordinate care to provide the most comprehensive support for clients, including consultations on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Current LPCC licensure in California is mandatory.
