About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Sales - Pharma to take on a pivotal role in owning and exceeding commercial relationships with the world's largest pharmaceutical accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales cycles with the top 20 pharma companies, driving the company's growth goals. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the pharma, life sciences, or healthcare technology sectors, and the ability to close large, strategic deals. The VP, Sales - Pharma will work at the intersection of enterprise sales and cutting-edge healthcare AI, requiring the navigation of complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and a deep understanding of the industry. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), at least 10 years of enterprise sales experience, and a history of closing large enterprise deals. The role is field-first and hunter-focused, with a strong emphasis on owning accounts from cold outreach to close. The ideal candidate will have a VP-level enterprise sales background, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety, ethics, and patient-centered outcomes. Experience in AI, digital health, or data-driven patient engagement platforms is a plus, as is a background in IB or management consulting for ROI modeling. The VP, Sales - Pharma will be expected to partner with cross-functional teams, develop tailored solutions for pharma use cases, and represent the company at key industry events.
