About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its commercial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing the long-term sales strategy, leading a multi-market sales organization, and driving growth across various service sectors. This role demands a builder with a proven track record in transforming commercial organizations, improving sales execution, and developing high-performing leaders. The VP of Sales will be tasked with establishing disciplined commercial processes, enhancing forecasting, and pipeline management, and ensuring CRM accountability. They will also be expected to partner closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer onboarding, retention, and expansion, as well as to support the commercial integration of future acquisitions. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have over 10 years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience, with a focus on building and scaling commercial sales organizations. They should be adept at leading through coaching, accountability, and data-driven decision-making, and have a strong understanding of recurring revenue models, project sales, and long-cycle relationship selling. Experience in driving CRM adoption and a background in leading organizations through growth, change, or acquisitions is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with a college degree, strong financial acumen, and the ability to improve sales productivity, pricing discipline, and proposal quality. The VP of Sales will also be expected to bring hands-on estimating experience and oversee data integrity within the ERP system.
