About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the go-to-market strategy, with a primary focus on enterprise healthcare technology, interoperability, clinical data exchange, risk adjustment, quality, and value-based care solutions. This executive-level role is pivotal in leading the sales team, developing and executing revenue strategies, and nurturing relationships with C-level healthcare executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the revenue strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales organization, and defining the company's market approach. A strategic leader with a hands-on approach, the VP of Sales will be expected to understand complex healthcare buying environments and translate that knowledge into repeatable sales processes, predictable revenue growth, and long-term customer partnerships. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare technology, or health tech sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role. The role requires a proven track record of success in selling to both payer and provider organizations, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles. A deep understanding of healthcare buyer personas, procurement processes, and regulated healthcare environments is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams, establishing repeatable sales processes, and possess strong executive presence and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience with clinical data exchange, HIEs, EMR integrations, risk adjustment, quality reporting, and prior authorization workflows is highly desirable.
