Description
Paul Miller BMW is growing! We are searching for high-performing Business Development Center Representatives to join our Service team! Pay is $18 per hour plus commission, with overall earning potential up to $4,500 per month.
Previous Dealership BDC Service experience is highly preferred. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude, and are customer focused. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Automotive Service BDC is highly preferred.
- BMW or similar highline brands, a plus!
- Strong focus on providing best-in-class customer service.
- Outstanding follow-up skills
- Ability to maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling a high volume of calls.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency.
- Highly organized with attention to detail
