We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist Phonak Performance Marketing to help execute our North American channel marketing strategy and drive demand for Phonak products, services, and solutions.

In this role, you’ll bring marketing campaigns and product launches to life across digital and traditional channels, partnering closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and agency partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys combining campaign execution, digital marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Execute and measure integrated channel marketing plans across product, promotion, price, and place, with a strong emphasis on digital channels.
• Support targeted sales and marketing campaigns designed to build awareness, generate demand, and drive leads.
• Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives from planning through execution, measurement, and performance reporting.
• Partner with external agencies to execute paid media and other digital marketing tactics.
• Collaborate with Product Management on product launches, including campaign development, collateral, and go-to-market activities.
• Develop and curate engaging content for B2B and B2C email, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Manage digital and print marketing assets, point-of-sale materials, and localized product collateral.
• Track campaign performance and use data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure initiatives are delivered within established spending targets.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to successfully execute key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience, with hearing healthcare or medical device industry experience considered a plus.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, product launches, or paid media programs.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance and results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Jira, Canva, Copilot, SAP/IRIS, or ShowPad is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $74,000/yr - $90,000/yr. This role is also bonus eligible.
