Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, including developing pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain records in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate data is available for review and analysis.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to effectively assess client needs and track progress, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement positive behavior support strategies, actively participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment plans and client progress.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and external service providers, engaging with state agencies and community partners to coordinate additional resources as needed.

• Participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the clinic adheres to the highest quality standards.
\n
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and community stakeholders to enhance program visibility and efficacy.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Uphold the mission and values of the organization in all professional interactions and strategies implemented within the patient care framework.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing emotional distress, those recovering from substance abuse, clients with developmental challenges, and individuals adjusting to life after brain injuries. Your compassionate approach will help foster relationships that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, issued by the state board.
\n
• Proficiency in maintaining clinical records, preparing reports, and documenting therapy notes efficiently.
\n
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, demonstrating effective communication in both clinical engagements and administrative communication.

• Critical thinking skills that allow you to exercise independent judgment in complex situations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience working within mental health, substance abuse, or rehabilitation programs.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools used to engage clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, you will benefit from:
