Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Operate a variety of welding equipment and tools, including MIG, TIG, arc welders, and plasma cutters.
- Inspect and evaluate materials to ensure they meet quality and project requirements.
- Perform welding on components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, tools, and machinery as needed.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
