MIG Welder position available on 1st shift in Morenci. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, fabricating and assembling metal components, and operating MIG welding equipment.

Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures.
• Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Inspect materials and finished welds to ensure quality standards are met. 
• Weld components in various positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.
• Perform quality checks and verify welds meet company and industry specifications. 
• Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment, tools, and machinery. 
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Welder Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components and structures.
• MIG welding experience required. 
• Ability to inspect materials and completed welds for quality and accuracy. 
• Knowledge of welding techniques in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions. 
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment and tools. 
• Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and inspection procedures.
