• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, driving revenue through the cross-selling of banking products including treasury, trade, and cash management solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank business clients through active prospecting and market networking.
• Conduct comprehensive credit assessments, financial analysis, and prepare high-quality credit proposals.
• Monitor portfolio risk actively, ensuring timely reviews and compliance with regulatory and internal bank policies.
• Collaborate with internal product partners and stakeholders to deliver customized financial solutions to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or commercial lending.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and risk management principles.
• Demonstrated track record in client acquisition and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
