Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our proprietary platform and your own network to identify potential healthcare candidates
• Connect with prospective candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters to facilitate in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
• Keep detailed records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions for meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires made from your leads
