Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities Provides reception and office administration assistance for Vestas. Administer general business office tasks. Operate PBX or multiline telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Greet and register visitors and guests to the facility. Assist employees in booking domestic and international travel using the Concur online booking tool. Complete purchase order requests and expense reports relevant to the administration of the office. Maintain the facility lobby and ensure a professional appearance at all times. Put together presentations (PowerPoint), spreadsheets, etc., as needed. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to follow instructions. Ability to implement processes to efficiently conduct required administrative duties. Ability to interact frequently with others in a professional, courteous manner. Flexibility with daily tasks and changing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
