What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for California
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) welcome
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a K-12 school environment
• Knowledgeable in both face-to-face and teletherapy service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Comfortable with IEP meetings and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to culturally responsive care

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on IEP goal setting
• Deliver therapy both onsite and through virtual platforms, as needed
• Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate updates with staff and families
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student success
• Provide guidance and support for students transitioning between in-person and virtual learning environments
• Stay current with best practices and professional development requirements
