Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary and middle school students in a dynamic educational setting near Novato, CA. This full-time school-based position offers the chance to make a significant impact on students’ communication and academic success while working at two lively locations. As an SLP with a passion for fostering growth in young learners, you’ll collaborate closely with school teams, families, and students across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active CA SLP license (Speech-Language Pathologist)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Prior experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary and middle school-age children
• Proficient in assessment, IEP documentation, and therapy planning
• Must be able to work onsite at both assigned locations
• SLPA credentials are not eligible for this opening

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions tailored to students’ individual needs
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and communicate with parents/guardians
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff for holistic student care

This assignment starts as soon as possible and extends through June 10, 2027, providing long-term stability and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships within the school community.
