Qualifications/Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active California SLP license (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with school-aged children, ideally in both elementary and middle settings
• Strong skills in evaluation, treatment planning, IEP development, and therapy implementation
• Must be able to work onsite at designated school locations (not a remote or virtual position)
• SLPA credentials are not accepted for this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Dedication to fostering student progress and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to student support teams
• Document student progress and maintain up-to-date records according to school and district guidelines
• Serve as a resource to educators and families, promoting inclusive communication strategies
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the unique needs of both elementary and middle school caseloads
