With the launch of the dashmoto® x Williams Racing Edition, the brand is entering its next phase of growth, focused on scaling distribution, expanding into new markets, and strengthening its position within the premium mobility category. The Role We’re looking for a Channel Account Manager to support the execution and scale of our dealer network. This role is strategically based in Dallas to provide central coverage across the U.S., while supporting both existing dealer relationships and new dealer development nationally. This is a field-driven, execution-focused role responsible for building pipeline, qualifying dealer opportunities, and supporting the sales process, while maintaining momentum with existing dealers. The role works closely with the Head of Sales, who leads presentations and closing on key and strategic dealer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Generation & Dealer Development (National Scope) Identify and prospect high-potential retail partners across the U.S., as directed by the Head of Sales Proactively initiate outbound outreach and lead generation Own pipeline creation, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified dealer opportunities to support sales targets Qualify dealer opportunities and schedule meetings for the Head of Sales Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls to prepare opportunities for sales discussions Support in-person visits and meetings led by the Head of Sales Ensure prospects are properly qualified and prepared prior to formal presentations Sales Process Support Support the sales process from initial outreach through close Partner with the Head of Sales on strategic, high-value dealer partnerships Ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active dealer Existing Dealer Management Support day-to-day communication with assigned dealers Ensure dealers are engaged, selling, and aligned with the brand Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing support Monitor inventory levels and support reorder activity Pilot Program Execution & Account Growth Manage 60 to 90-day pilot programs from onboarding through conversion Track sell-through and support dealer commitment Identify underperforming pilots and take corrective action Support expansion within existing accounts Field Execution & Market Presence Travel regularly to support dealers in assigned region Support in-person demos and test ride opportunities Ensure strong retail execution and brand representation Provide real-time market feedback to the Head of Sales Pipeline Management & Follow-Up Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in HubSpot Ensure consistent top-of-funnel activity Drive timely follow-up and progression of all opportunities Prevent deals from stalling due to lack of execution Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with operations on inventory and fulfillment Provide structured feedback from the field Key Metrics for Success Pipeline generation and qualified dealer meetings Pilot launch and conversion rate Dealer engagement and reorder activity Pipeline velocity and follow-up responsiveness What Makes You a Great Fit Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or field sales Experience working with dealer or retail networks preferred Background in mobility, EV, powersports, or premium consumer products is a plus Demonstrated track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth Education Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education Travel & Field Requirements 30% travel across the U.S. Frequent in-person dealer visits and field execution required Ability to transport demo units and support activations Vehicle & Travel Reimbursement Candidates must have reliable access to a personal vehicle Company will provide: Mileage reimbursement Meal reimbursement while traveling for business What Success Looks Like Consistently builds a healthy pipeline of qualified dealer opportunities that supports national sales growth. Develops strong, trusted relationships with dealer partners, resulting in high engagement, successful pilot programs, and repeat orders. Executes with discipline by maintaining accurate CRM data, following up promptly, and ensuring opportunities continue moving through the sales pipeline. Represents the dashmoto® brand professionally in the field, delivering exceptional dealer experiences and gathering valuable market insights. Works collaboratively with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to remove obstacles, support dealer success, and drive revenue growth. Operates with a high level of ownership, proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
