About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of eight across two agencies. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Agency Field Specialist, recruiter, and State Farm team member, giving me experience in nearly every side of the business. I'm a proud mom to an 18-year-old daughter, and outside of work I enjoy traveling, visiting family, and spending time with my Yorkie.

While we're always looking for ways to become more involved, giving back to our community is something I'm excited to continue growing as our agency expands.

Role Description

As Agent Team Member for Faby Obispo Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
