Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health challenges, establishing a strong understanding of their individual needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, using various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed, ensuring that therapeutic objectives are met collaboratively with clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational standards and confidentiality requirements.

Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field.

• Possess a current and valid license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut.

• Demonstrated ability in applying therapeutic techniques with adult and child populations.

Preferred Experience\n

While not strictly required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy will find their skills particularly valuable in our practice. Compensation and Benefits\n
