Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who present a wide array of mental health concerns. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. By assessing their individual needs, you will provide customized support to help them navigate their challenges and foster resilience in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional or limited licenses will be considered.
\n
• A clean professional history free from any disciplinary actions is mandatory.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using technology, including various therapy platforms and telecommunication tools, is necessary for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing telehealth services is advantageous.

• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities and the ability to apply them based on client needs.

• Experience coordinating with other health professionals and organizations to enhance client care outcomes.
