Supervisory Medical Support Assistant

DutiesHelpIdentify and solve administrative problems or devises alternative to current procedures to improve operations.Supervise the front desk operations, access to care, appointment utilization, template/schedule management, referral management and insures efficient operation of the assigned clinical service.Establish and maintain suspense files on information or reports due from staff on a wide variety of items.Assist the department chief, in conjunction, with assigned Health System Specialist, department administrative staff and the Department of Health Care Operations in administering action with their clinical services.Analyze clinical practice using end of month reports, monthly review and analysis from the department of Health Care Operations and other available tools to recommend improvements in the clinic.
