This position is 100% remote with a telehealth focus. You will conduct therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, ensuring flexibility for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy while adapting techniques to fit individual clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring up-to-date client records.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment outcomes and ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling services, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal standards governing counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
