Physical Therapist (DPT) - Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Zenius is actively seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a well-established healthcare organization serving individuals recovering from workplace and musculoskeletal injuries throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a Physical Therapist who values quality patient care, meaningful clinical outcomes, and the ability to spend adequate time with each patient. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
• Provide therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy, and other appropriate rehabilitation interventions.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical policies and procedures.

Patient Care Model

• Average of 4–5 patients per day
• Extended one-on-one treatment sessions (60–90 minutes)
• Focus on quality outcomes rather than high patient volume
• Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery journey

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
